Canoes on Wheels Program (Click for the "COW" story)

Provides the use of canoe equipment on a no-cost basis to local schools and youth groups
Offers assistance to integrate "activity-based" outdoor ecology and physical education activities into school curriculums
Offers associated educator workshops including CEU credits on a no-cost basis
The program goal is that every graduating high school student will have at least one opportunity for an adult-supervised paddling experience on our local rivers and lakes. This will provide positive educational outdoor experiences for the next generation of public stewards of our natural resources.
