The Friends of the St. Croix Headwaters organization held its third Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 7, 2007 at 2pm in Gordon.

Three of the nine Board of Director positions are voted on by the membership each year as follows (by membership category):

•  Individual - one vote
•  Family - two votes
•  Sustaining - one vote
•  Steward - one vote
•  Patron - one vote
•  Guardian - one vote
•  Angel - one vote
